Partnerships
We partner with organizations that know their communities best.
Creshendo is migrant-led and women-led. We design and test community-centred approaches to integration, economic participation, and leadership — working alongside local organizations whose relationships and knowledge make that work possible.
How We Work
Too many partnerships begin with a funding announcement and end with a report. We try to do something different. Our partnerships are built in stages, starting with conversation and trust before moving to formal collaboration
Learning Exchange
We start by listening. What's working in your context? What do communities there say they actually need?
Shared Approaches
Where there's alignment, we share methods, tools, and curriculum — and adapt them to local realities together.
Joint Initiatives
When the timing and fit are right, we explore co-designed programs, shared funding, and joint advocacy.
Collective Evidence
We document what we learn and share it — with funders, policymakers, and the broader sector.
Who We Work With
Partners who work with communities, not just for them.
We're drawn to organizations that are community-rooted, practically minded, and honest about what they don't know. Formal accreditation matters less to us than trust and track record on the ground.

Deep, trusted relationships with displaced or migrant communities in your context
A local understanding of the systems, barriers, and opportunities communities navigate daily
Genuine interest in learning and sharing — not just in receiving support
Work that centers community agency — people as participants, not just beneficiaries
Openness to honest, two-way exchange about what’s working and what isn’t
Experience in integration, protection, livelihoods, education, MHPSS, or related areas
Start The Conversation
We're always open to hearing from organizations doing serious work with displaced and migrant communities.
